- Help firms better support the leadership development of their new Partners
- Help you compare your experience with others in the profession
- Refine our new Partner coaching programs
We expect to publish the results of this survey in 2025. If you would like to receive the results, you may include your e-mail address at the end of the survey. We hope this information will help you better advocate for yourself and your leadership development.
What should I expect when taking this survey?
- This survey includes primarily multiple choice questions, with a few optional, fill-in-the-blank questions.
- The questions gather general demographic information about you and your firm, your leadership challenges, the development you're receiving as a recently promoted Partner, and how effective you feel in your new role.
- We expect this survey will take approximately 10-20 minutes to complete.
- Your survey results will remain anonymous and cannot be traced back to you or your firm.
