Your enterprise agreement (EA) sets your wages and work conditions. It is a collective agreement between your employer, and yourselves as employees who are represented by the HSU. This is a preliminary survey about what EA priorities matter to you and your colleagues, and what you're willing to do together in support of these priorities. We will keep all responses confidential; they will NOT be shared with your employer.
