Accessibility can mean different things to different people as one size does not fit all. As an example - a hotel room can meet all the physical requirements of the ADA and turn out to be inaccessible for some wheelchair users.
As our populations ages, there will also be a need for more accessible travel options. More meeting planners are inquiring about accessible destinations and hotels for their groups. With this in mind, HANTX has put together this survey to gather baseline information on what our hotel community is already doing in this area. We appreciate you sharing information regarding your hotel's accessibility for guests.
