Thank you for your interest in applying for Historical Recognition of an Emergency Operations Center (EOC) Position!

Historical Recognition is a temporary process that recognizes an individual’s prior qualifications, education, training, and experience as a way of meeting some or all the criteria to qualify for a particular EOC position. Personnel who have sufficient documentation of previous education, training, or significant on-the-job incident experience may receive credit towards qualification for a given position through this process.

If you intend to apply for recognition of more than one EOC position, you will need to complete a new application for each desired position.
