Terms and Conditions

Disclaimer: The competition questions are from Q11-Q18. If you wish to take part in the competition to win a Fitbit Versa Lite or a $100 Rebel Gift Voucher you MUST answer Q18.

Your personal information (name, contact details and postal address) will be used for the purpose of sharing information on future programs & activities, to send you a satisfaction survey and to contact the winners of the competition. Your personal details will be hidden from the judging panel who will only be given a number corresponding with your answer and will be blinded to your survey results.

Question Title

* 1. Entrants must be a resident of Fairfield City (live in the Fairfield Local Government Area).

Competition period commences Monday 9th November 2020 and closes 10am Friday 27th November 2020.

Eligibility:

The competition is open to ages 12-24.

Employees and their immediate families of the promoter/s (Fairfield City Council) are excluded from this promotion, the definition of immediate family is defined in Fairfield City Council code of conduct 4.4.

Limit of one (1) entry per person is permitted.

Competition Judging:

Submissions will be judged according to understanding of the content of the video selected. The marking criteria includes mention and understanding of key terms in a creative and well thought out response. A decision will be made by a judging panel of young people from Fairfield City and judging will take place from Monday 30th November until Friday 4th December. Judges decisions are final.

Top two winning entrants will receive a Fitbit Versa Lite and two runners up will receive a $100 Rebel gift voucher each. Prizes must be collected from Fairfield City Council Administration Building, 86 Avoca Rd, Wakeley NSW 2176. Winners will be contacted to arrange a time for collection.
