Who can join this Challenge?
Anyone! No matter what field you work in, what level of experience you have, what country you’re from, if you ever joined a Bootcamp/ Graduate Program or not, we'd love to hear your big ideas.

We will randomly award 3 Best Ideas submitted- those ideas that best answer the Challenge question, they are actionable, relevant, creative and that we believe will have the biggest impact to tackle the challenge. Answer to minimum one challenge and you will automatically enter the competition to win one of Harman Products- JBL TUNE 700BT | Wireless Over-Ear Headphones. Winners will be announced on 28th November, 2022.*

THE CASE FOR CHANGE
 
At Harman, we believe in young talents, and we offer great opportunities for growth!

We support talented profiles, in the early stages of their careers, with their development through Bootcamp program - a 3-month intensive trainings and mentoring activities that allow each one to express their full potential.

Bootcamp is a young talent program that constitutes an important part of talent attraction strategy which emphasizes diverse capabilities and an outside-in approach to talent development. Bootcampers can grow their career to motivating full time jobs within Harman immediately after the first 3 months.
  
They are able to build core skills in the development, testing and/or integration domains for Next Generation High-end Embedded Infotainment and Telematics Systems in the Automotive division from Bucharest, Romania. ​
  
The Automotive Bootcamp Program was previously designed in two phases: ​

Phase 1. First 3 months: Training phase (general concepts, specific/targeted trainings, hands-on experience within our projects) – employment contract as Engineering Trainee, part time schedule (20h/week) ​

Phase 2.  Full time job as Junior Engineer with unlimited employment contract in one of our automotive projects (40h/week). ​
