This is the Risk Management Survey for Goodwill Industries of San Diego County. Risk is defined as an event that has a probability of occurring and would negatively impact the safety and security of our employees or the performance of our business. A risk can be identified by anyone in the organization and reported to the Risk Management Committee. The purpose of the Risk Management Committee is to reduce and manage issues that pose a significant risk to our business, and/or people. Any risks you have already identified and addressed should be reported through this survey as well.
