This registration is for GIRL$ MOVE! Wellness Empowerment Program at the Villages at Carver Family YMCA - 1600 Pryor Road Atlanta, GA 30315 on September 9 from 10:00 am - 1:00 pm.

The GIRL$ MOVE! Wellness Empowerment Program was developed with girls 12-19 years old in mind. The program will demonstrate the health benefits of physical activity, proper nutrition, and mindfulness. During the program, participants will learn to invest in their health by:

Engaging in low cost physical activities
Preparing afternoon snacks to support healthy nutrition
Practicing mindfulness to reduce stress and anxiety

Girls participating in the program should wear relaxed fitting clothes like athletic gear and sneakers or other comfortable closed-toe shoes.
