How good are you at working out what really matters when it comes to being the very best version of yourself in the therapy room?

At sitting back and focusing on BEING in the room rather than always DOING? (and then feeling like you're never DOING enough?)

I challenge you to be really honest with yourself as you answer these 12 questions that cover the SPARKS domains for therapist well-being and confidence (plus one bonus, self-reflection prompt).

Question Title

Question Title

* 14. How often do you really, seriously laugh? Like a kid trying not to laugh in class, holding your sides, belly-laughing?

And finally...

Question Title

* 15. How often do you feel GOOD ENOUGH to just BE in the therapy room with your clients? (As opposed to feeling pressured to always be DOING more?)

Question Title

* 16. If you would be willing to complete another 10-15 mins worth of questionnaires, please leave your email address in the comment box below (this is completely separate from the SPARKS eBook request above and you will NOT be added to any mailing lists by leaving your email here).
