The proliferation of e-commerce, especially during the current COVID-19 pandemic, has amplified the importance of flexible fulfillment strategies. DC Velocity and ARC Advisory Group are researching e-commerce fulfillment to determine the current status and likely future development of the numerous elements in this dynamic environment, especially last mile deliveries.
