Hello there - welcome to the January 2022 update from the FMC Regional Development plan team. We’d like to thank you so much for being part of this project.

Brought to you by First Music Contact and local arts offices, the aim of this project is to develop a way of offering equal access to professional development services to musicians all around Ireland and to help Arts Officers to develop programs and supports for musicians locally.   

We’ve already held a number of pilot workshops for musicians in Cavan, Cork, Leitrim and Mayo, all of whom have provided very helpful feedback for us.

Before the next workshops commence in February, we’d like to get some further input from you on what you need to get your music career off the ground or to take the next step. You’ll find a number of questions below and we’d appreciate if you could take a few minutes to complete.
