Welcome to Family CARS individual study
What is ahead?
1. You will be given an informed consent and then the first questionnaire to complete. This takes about 15 minutes.
2. Then you will be emailed instructions on how to complete the video and workbook materials
3. You should complete the video and workbook within the next TWO WEEKS. If you know that you can't complete it within two weeks please stop and return to this study when you are able to complete it- put a reminder on your phone of when to return.
4. We will send you two more questionnaires (a total of three). The next one will come about two weeks after this one, and then four weeks later to see how you have used the Family CARS training in your clinical work and/or training.
5. We are not able to provide funds to you for the study at this time. Thank you for your contribution to research.
