As an exhibitor and/or sponsor, you will promote your company/organization as well as ensure the event offers a variety of valuable community services and resources for older adults in our community.

$200 Table Sponsorship
  • One eight-foot table and two chairs
  • Two complimentary lunches (additional lunches may be purchased for $10.00 each)
$500 Event Sponsorship
  • One eight-foot table and two chairs
  • Two complimentary lunches (additional lunches may be purchased for $10.00 each)
  • Dining hall table sponsorship
  • Complete visibility across the entire event for brand awareness
  • Recognition in printed materials, publicity, and social media pre- and post-event
  • Register and submit logo by February 28, 2025 to be featured on the event flyer. Please note, beyond this date, logo will still be included in printed materials on the day of the event.

Please Note:
  • Exhibitor booth set up will begin on Tuesday April 29, 2025, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and on Wednesday April 30, 2025 at 8:00 a.m.
  • All booths must be set up by 9:00 a.m. on the day of the event.
  • We ask that you offer an engaging activity at your booth.
  • We welcome any promotional items you would like to give away at the event.
  • A reminder email will be sent closer to the day of the event from planning@aeoa.org.
