This survey will help determine your interest. We are requesting two faculty members per department-
Dakota County Technical College’s Equity-minded Teaching & Learning Community represents a wonderful opportunity to intentionally build a community of teachers whose passions are to meaningfully impact our teaching practices, to better serve our students, and to continuously seek to close the opportunity gap within our academic programs.
What’s in it for me?
· Participate in meaningful conversations about equity-minded practices.
· Analyze and identify equity gaps and find potential solutions.
· Self-assess your own behavioral teaching practices and establish learning opportunities in a safe and peer-to-peer learning environment.
· Become an equity-minded practitioner ready to help other peers through our campus community.
· Receive a $500 stipend fall 2019.
