A needs assessment can help identify current conditions and desired services or outcomes.  It can identify the strengths of a program and the challenges faced in meeting the service needs of those served (SAMHSA, 2022).   
 
By completing this needs assessment, you will assist the Autism Foundation of Oklahoma (AFO) collect data to plan and improve training efforts for employers who employ individuals with Autism or other forms of neurodiversity.   
 
The needs assessment should take you no longer than 5-10 minutes to complete and AFO sincerely appreciates your participation. 
1.Attaining employment has been easy for me (or my loved one) with autism.
2.The employers in my community have an informed knowledge of autism and other neurodiverse conditions.
3.I (or my loved one) feel supported and understood during the interview process.
4.I feel that I (or my loved one) am given equal opportunities for advancement in the workplace.
5.I (or my loved one) feel comfortable disclosing my diagnosis to employers.
6.I (or my loved one) am comfortable requesting accommodations from my employer.
