Introduction

Dear Signatory to SLCP,

With this survey we would like to invite you to elect candidates as 3 signatory representatives in the SLCP Board:
  • 1 person from Manufacturers, Suppliers, Producer Associations,
  • 1 person from Brands, Retailers, Agents, Trade/retail associations,
  • 1 person from other categories: Civil Society (NGOs, Trade Unions).

We have 6 candidates for this round of election.

On the following pages: Please tick the candidates that have your support. You’re required to tick one candidate per category as there is one seat available per category. If you do not support the candidate(s) up for election, you have the option to vote ‘blank’. Please note that each organization is entitled to submit one (1) voting ballot. This form will be open until 4 December End of Day.

We expect the announcement of the newly elected SLCP Board Members 15-20 December. You can direct any questions related to the Board elections to events@slconvergence.org.
