East Bay Community Energy (EBCE) will no longer offer Brilliant 100, the 100% carbon-free product at price parity with PG&E rates, starting January 1, 2022. The Hayward City Council may select a new default electricity product on June 15, 2021. Please complete the following survey to help guide the City Council in selecting a new default product.
