This online preferences form is the first step in the enrolment process for the DKHAC Guardian Learn to Swim program.
All DKHAC Learn to Swim classes are 30 minutes in duration.

The process you are about to complete needs to be done for each individual student.
Once you have completed this form and we find a spot for you in our program, the Aquatic Team will contact you.
