Hayward Food Facility Disposable Food Service Ware Questionnaire

 

The City of Hayward’s Environmental Services Division is working to reduce the unnecessary use of single-use disposable food service ware by restaurants and other food facilities in Hayward. Target food service ware items include single-use disposable bowls, plates, clamshells, cups, trays and accessory items like single-use disposable straws, utensils, condiment packets, cup lids, and cup sleeves. The results of this questionnaire will allow us to better understand Hayward food facilities’ operations and needs and identify potential new ways to support Hayward’s vibrant business community.
