For disabled sports fans

Thank you for taking part in our annual fan survey. This is our fourth year of running this survey, to hear the experiences of disabled sports fans. The results will give us a clearer understanding of whether accessibility is improving for disabled fans or not, and will therefore help us as a charity to provide better support. Please do share the survey with other disabled supporters.

The survey will close on July 31 and the results will be released later in the year. If you would like to be informed about the results, then at the end of the survey there is the option to sign up for our newsletter by providing your name and email address. If provided, these details will only be used for this purpose. We promise to protect your privacy, and will never sell or share this data with any third parties.

The first set of questions are about yourself and attending live sport generally. After this are some questions specifically about the team you support, and then the option to answer questions for a second team too.
