Collingswood School District 2020 Community Input Survey

Thank you for participating in our survey. To assist the Collingswood Board of Education in the identification and selection of a successor superintendent, the Board is seeking community/stakeholder input.  The following survey has been designed by Hazard, Young, Attea & Associates (HYA) to solicit your perceptions of the district and its services to students.  Based on your perceptions, we are also asking input on what you consider the most effective characteristics for the district's next superintendent.  Your feedback will assist the BOE in understanding your perspective as candidates are recruited, screened and interviewed for the position.  

There are three sections/questions.  Please click the "ok" box when you have completed each section/question.  The survey should take 10-12 minutes to complete.
