Ventura Superior Court VCERA Alameda Decision Impact Retirement Survey 2023

Ventura Superior Court SEIU 721 represented employees,

We will be bargaining with the Court over the impact of the Alameda Decision which will exclude the non-payable Flex Credit in the calculation of the VCERA retirement benefit. We are looking for possible solutions that can help mitigate the impact on Classic Members.

Please take a few moments to fill out this survey and let us know if you have questions or possible solutions. We will carefully review your input and ideas.

For questions, contact Tri-Counties Regional Coordinator Edwin Valdez at edwin.valdez@seiu721.org, (805) 766-7499.

Let's stand up for a secure retirement!

In Solidarity, SEIU Local 721
