Complexity Leadership Survey |
Welcome to the Complexity Leadership Skills Survey
Thank you for participating in this survey, which aims to gather insights from leaders in Tasmania about the skills needed to lead effectively in 2024 and beyond.
What’s in it for you?
By participating, you'll contribute to a white paper that Tasmanian Leaders Inc. will publish later in 2024 on leadership and complexity in Tasmania. Your insights will help shape future leadership development initiatives, such as the Tasmanian Leadership program and other related events. Additionally, your feedback could influence how leadership providers address the learning needs of leaders across the state, potentially creating a broader impact.

What is the survey about?
This survey focuses on leadership skills, defined as developable abilities that can evolve and improve over time. While we acknowledge that leadership also involves more stable traits (e.g., cognitive abilities, personality), these are beyond the scope of this survey. The skills included in this survey relate specifically to the complexity leaders face today, such as organizational, social, political, and environmental challenges. Each skill is clearly defined, and for each, you'll be asked three questions.
