The results of this Survey will be used to form the City's Complete Streets Policy

The City of Johnstown is beginning the process of developing a Complete Streets Policy for the downtown area.
The City’s Complete Streets Policy will establish the Vision and will encourage streets to be planned, designed, operated and maintained to enable safe, convenient and comfortable travel and access for pedestrians, those using mobility devices, bicyclists and motorists of all ages and abilities.  The Complete Streets Policy will help the City be more livable and attractive for visitors, business owners, families and those with disabilities.
For this Survey, all forms of transportation including walking, biking, driving, motorcycles, transit and other forms of movement are considered.  Consideration is also given to all potential users including adults, children, residents, visitors, those with physical or other disabilities and those using mobility devices.

Your response is requested by May 31, 2020.
