Thank you for your interest in the Self Care Strategies for Stress Management!
A 10-week health coach guided, virtual lifestyle management program that focuses on disengaging from daily stressors while practicing tried and true methods of relaxation in a supportive group setting. Self care strategies for stress management includes activities such as mindfulness and meditation, and features group discussions and lectures in order to improve one's response to stress in the world around them.
Please register by July 21, 2023 at 12:00 PM.
Instructor, Brandy Ogg, RDN, LD, will reach out to program participants by July 26, 2023.
The course meets for 10-weeks, every Wednesday from 11:30 AM - 12:30 PM.
