A 10-week health coach guided, virtual lifestyle management program that focuses on disengaging from daily stressors while practicing tried and true methods of relaxation in a supportive group setting. Self care strategies for stress management includes activities such as mindfulness and meditation, and features group discussions and lectures in order to improve one's response to stress in the world around them.
