Completion Instructions
Thank you for participating in our annual award nomination process. Anyone is welcome to complete a nomination form; however, only submissions that include complete contact information for the submitter will be accepted. You may submit as many nominations as you like, either in a single submission or through additional forms completed at a later time. Submission of a nomination does not guarantee award selection. For the Distinguished Citizen Award, please remember that it is kept a complete secret until the event—your assistance in honoring this request is greatly appreciated. By February 15, 2025, all submitters will be notified via email regarding the status of their nominations, whether selected or not.
Only businesses or organizations that meet the minimum eligibility requirements will appear in the dropdown menu on the nomination form. For awards open to the public and not exclusive to Chamber member businesses, organizations, or individuals, you are encouraged to provide an open-ended response in the designated text field. This ensures that all eligible nominees, regardless of affiliation, can be considered for these inclusive awards. We value your input and appreciate your thoughtful nominations!
The award nomination period will close at 11:59 p.m. on December 20, 2024. Once nominations close, business/organizations/individuals who were nominated (with the exception of the Distinguished Citizen) will be asked to formally accept their nomination prior to it moving forward to the selection process. Nominations that are not accepted/claimed in the given timeframe will be considered ineligible.
Awards will be presented at the Annual Meeting & Awards event, which will take place in May 2025.
