Civil Contractors Federation Victoria is committed to fostering a safe culture to speak up and providing protections when reporting is undertaken. You may choose to remain anonymous when making a protected disclosure. If the disclosure is made anonymously, this will not be overridden unless by due process of law.

CCFV will, at no point now or in future, disclose any personal information or details regarding a report, to any third-party without your permission. Only two CCFV employees have access to the raw data you submit, both of which have signed Non-disclosure agreements and have received training on how such data can be handled.
By submitting this form, you agree to CCFV holding and using the information within to help formulate policy and protect our industry. You agree to CCFV providing, distributing, and otherwise disseminating your submission's contribution to statistics created by Data Generalisation and other, like, generalisations, with third parties, where the purpose of such dissemination is to advocate for, support, and defend the civil construction industry and its workers. You also agree to any and all relevant SurveyMonkey policies or terms of use.
