Our car seat & CPR staff are out of the office through January 6th. If you sign up you will be contacted after the 6th.
Thank you for contacting the UCHealth EMS Car Seat & CPR Program. Please read the following information before continuing:
1. If you are expecting, please sign up using the pregnant participant's name and information. An additional contact person can be listed as the second contact. Both contact people will be emailed.
2. We will contact you by email. Please check your spam folder.
3. It may take several days to respond to your request. Once you have signed up, please do not call, email, or sign up multiple times. We will reach out to you.
4. Car seat and CPR appointments are all held at the ambulance station in Fort Collins.
5. Children under ten years old are not permitted at CPR appointments.
