Cancer Treatment Survey

Please take a few minutes to help us understand your feelings about cancer treatments for dogs. Our goal is to better understand what factors influence the decision whether or not to seek treatment. The results of this survey will be used by the AKC Canine Health Foundation, and we may share the data with researchers and/or corporations in the animal health industry. If we share the data, all identifying information will be removed and the data will be entirely anonymous.
