This survey is being conducted by CAMpRA UK - The Campaign for Real Aires in the UK. CAMpRA promotes and campaigns for the provision of legal and regulated overnight parking for self contained motorcaravans throughout the UK.

This is a short and important survey to update our data on the usage patterns and opinions of motorcaravan owners in 2024 which is vital to our work.

Please answer the questions as accurately as possible, the information gathered will be used to campaign for and evidence the need for motorhome Aires throughout the UK.

This survey will use the term “motorcaravan” to refer to campervans, motorhomes, self builds and RVs.

The term “Aire” describes a basic authorised, overnight parking space for self contained vehicles. This may be a car park or commercial site with or without water and waste points. Camping behaviour is not permitted at an Aire, this includes placing anything outside your vehicle such as awning, table, chairs and BBQs, etc.
