CALE Alumni Mentoring Program - Alumni Interest Form |
The Caltech Alumni Association is excited to invite alumni to participate in the (C)ALE (A)lumni (M)entoring (P)rogram! CAMP provides a unique opportunity to give back by connecting with students and recent alumni for short, impactful mentoring sessions. The goal is to help guide them on career-related topics based on your experience and expertise. The program consists of five weeks of mentoring, along with a kick-off and a closing session. During the initial kick-off meeting, you will determine the duration of your weekly meetings. It is recommended that these meetings last between 15 to 45 minutes and be conducted virtually, occurring once a week over the five-week period. The program follows a functional mentoring model, where students can select mentors whose backgrounds align with their career goals. With your diverse experiences and insights, you can help shape the next generation of Caltech graduates.
Note: The program will be hosted on the Caltech Alumni Portal. If you have not yet created a profile, please do so after completing this survey.
Selection: While we aim to match as many mentors as possible, selection will be based on the student's specific needs. Unfortunately, not all alumni may be chosen this round; however, we’ll keep your information on file for future mentoring opportunities. CALE will lead the selection and management of the program, with support from Caltech Alumni Relations. For any questions, please contact Kat at khantman@caltech.edu.
