Introducing our Enterprise Agreement Campaign!

Your enterprise agreement (EA) sets your wages and work conditions. It is bargained between the employer, and yourselves as union members who are represented collectively through an HSU bargaining committee. Your current enterprise agreement, Calvary John James Hospital Health Professionals and Support Services Enterprise Agreement 2019, is up for renegotiation.

During bargaining, union members present a "log of claims" to the employer: in this context, a claim is a change to part of the enterprise agreement that enough union members are willing to give voice to and show up for.

The purpose of this survey is to assess which claims are to take priority, based on direct input from HSU members. We keep each response confidential, and will NOT share them with your employer.
