About this survey

We want to learn about blind and partially sighted people's recent experiences using buses. This survey is part of Guide Dog Cymru and RNIB Cymru's ongoing campaign to make bus travel better for people with sight loss in Wales. Your feedback will help us gain a "snap shot" understanding of blind and partially sighted people's good and bad experiences using buses during 2015. We will use the findings to help our campaign to make bus companies remove barriers to independent travel. 

Completing the survey
Please fill in the survey after taking a journey on a bus, and base your answers on that journey. You may respond several times, if you wish, to report on different journeys. 

The survey is made up of 17 questions and should take no longer than 10 minutes to complete. The survey will close on 30th November 2015.
