This survey is for Cheshire residents and visitors only.
The Cheshire Parks & Recreation Department and the Town are developing a Master Plan to determine the best use of the 10-acre parcel of land acquired by the Town in 2016. This parcel is adjacent to the southern border of Bartlem Park and is often familiarly, and unofficially called the “Chapman Property”. For purposes of this survey and study the property will be referred to as “Bartlem Park South”. Through proper analysis, planning, and design, this endeavor will provide a comprehensive vision for the development of the Bartlem Park South parcel as another public asset to add to the parks and open space system of the Town of Cheshire. Funding for the study has been provided by the Town of Cheshire.
How can you help? By answering the following questions, you will be providing essential information that will help the project's Steering Committee identify the most critical needs. The information collected will allow for a baseline understanding of current park use, and help guide future improvements.
Please complete this survey by Saturday, September 28, 2019 so that we can advance this initiative for the benefit of Cheshire residents.
