ASHG 2025 Ancillary Event Application

The ASHG Annual Meeting is an ideal forum to host an event, and we hope you will consider hosting your own ancillary event to engage with our vibrant human genetics and genomics community. To facilitate gatherings, space will be available in the Boston Convention and Exhibition Center (BCEC) and the headquarter hotel. You may review the full ancillary event rules and guidelines on the ASHG 2025 Ancillary Events page.

Please complete the application below by June 16 by 11:59 pm ET. Initial assignments will be issued by early July. Late applications will be reviewed and accepted through September 5, based on remaining availability.

If your event spans more than one day, please submit a separate form for each day/room requested.

This form is for organizations and universities that hold receptions, committee or consortia/business meetings, workshops, or scientific satellite events. This form is also for commercial organizations wishing to hold after-hours promotional receptions, subject to the ancillary event guidelines. Organizers wishing to host daytime education events with promotional content must complete the ASHG 2025 Industry Event Request Form to sponsor an Industry Event at the convention center (CoLab sessions and Industry Education sessions), subject to event sponsorship fees.

I acknowledge that there are no badges or services included for any ancillary events hosted in conjunction with the ASHG Annual Meeting, and that my organization is responsible for arranging for all registrations and services associated with this ancillary event such as catering, AV equipment, internet service, etc.

I acknowledge that no marketing, advertisements, interest lists, or promotions are included with any ancillary events other than a basic listing on the ASHG schedule, and that it is the sole responsibility of each organization to promote their event(s) and draw attendees. ASHG does not guarantee leads or attendance to ancillary events.
