We must also support staff and service users who experience racism, while promoting positive relationships among diverse groups.

Racism remains a significant issue in the UK, as evidenced by recent incidents targeting individuals like Diane Abbott MP and a Black schoolboy in Carlisle.

It's clear that we cannot claim to live in a post-racial society. Therefore, it's imperative that we take action to understand and confront racism in all its forms.
