As a WWF-Canada Campus Partner, you must submit your Annual Final Report via this online form by June 28, 2024. This is your opportunity to celebrate the goals you’ve accomplished via the activities you submitted through your Annual Action Plan, and demonstrate how you have met the MOU requirements for the year, including:

  • Promotion of WWF-Canada’s Living Planet @ Campus program and the support of student success in the program by offering campus-related opportunities and community-related opportunities
  • At least one WWF engagement activity completed
  • At least one conservation activity completed
  • Contribution to the network of WWF-Canada Campus Partners
Through this Annual Final Report online form, Campus Partners who have completed all four requirements can request campus certification and become recognized as a WWF Living Campus. If approved, your campus will be celebrated as a certified WWF Living Campus for the 2024-2025 school year.

Note: The online form does not have “save and resume later” functionality.  An MS Word version has been provided for you to work offline with. Your final responses must be submitted via this online form.
