The Los Angeles County Department of Public Health is collecting information about the health of residents affected by the Aliso Canyon Storage Facility natural gas leak. Our priority is to ensure that your health is restored moving forward.
The goal of the Registry is to make sure that health concerns are known and appropriately addressed. Enrollment in this Registry is voluntary. If you choose to participate, you will be asked questions about your health and relocation. The questions will take about 5 minutes to complete and you do not have to answer all questions. All the information will be kept confidential to the extent allowed by law. We may contact you at a later date to see if you want to join a follow-up survey or to provide you with additional information.
