Plenary Speaker - 45-minute Presentation Slot in a theatre setting for an audience of 1300-1500 event professionals

Concurrent Breakout Session Speaker - 60-minute Slot in a presentation or workshop format

Session Timing: Please account for a 5-minute delay at the start of your session to allow delegates to move between sessions, and reserve an additional 5-10 minutes at the end for Q&A. This means your content should be designed for approximately 45 minutes.

Stronger Engagement: In 2024, workshop-style sessions received the highest ratings for engagement and knowledge retention.

Venue Capacity: Each breakout room can accommodate between 120-240 participants in a theatre-style setup or 60-120 participants in a cabaret-style setup. Some speakers have successfully used cluster groups of chairs and flipcharts to encourage movement and interaction within the room.
