AFC 2022 Scholarship Application

Please complete the scholarship application prior to registering for AFC 2022. Scholarship Applications must be submitted by April 30, 2022 and will be awarded on May 2, 2022.

COVID-19 Vaccination Requirement

For the safety and health of all participants, the Franciscan Federation will require all participants in AFC 2022 to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including a booster). All attendees are required to bring proof of vaccination with them (vaccination card or electronic photo of your vaccination card). As for other protocols for being 'in person', we will follow the Guidelines set by the State of Pennsylvania when we gather.
