Anglican Deacons of Canada |
The Anglican Deacons of Canada (ADC) will present a weekend, online preaching conference February 23-25, 2024 (Friday evening through Sunday) via Zoom, designed to elevate your skills and boost your enthusiasm for the task of preaching. The deacon has a unique calling and diaconal preaching at its best reflects that calling with a unique message that challenges us to action.
Participants will hear from leading practitioners and educators and participate in preaching to feedback in small groups meeting multiple times during the weekend. The conference is open to all deacons and lay preachers in the Anglican Church of Canada. The conference schedule accommodates all Canadian time zones.
The registration fee will be $50 US.
