We are really excited for another great All Company Meeting on 9.22.17 out on beautiful Thompson Island in Boston Harbor!

In order to best prepare for the meeting, we have a few very brief questions for you. The survey should not require more than 2-3 minutes to complete.

* 1. Please share your first and last name. If you have a nickname or alternative first name that you prefer on your name badge, please let us know.

Please share the number of the cell phone that you will have with you on the day of the All Company Meeting (9.22.17). Since we are travelling to Thompson Island for the meeting, we want to ensure that all teammates make it safely on and off of the island. We will be using text messages to alert teammates to bus and ferry departures.

We will share the one-day ACM cell phone policy prior to the meeting, but rest assured it includes these text messages.

* 3. We are planning a cookout with hamburgers, veggie burgers, grilled chicken, hot dogs, plenty of sides, and dessert for lunch on the island. If you require a vegetarian or vegan meal, please indicate so below.

* 4. Several areas of Thompson Island have gravel paths and/or grassy terrain that we will be using as part of the event. The event staff provides all-terrain golf carts that are able to access any and all parts of the islands. If you believe that you will require assistance with access to the event, please let us know and we are happy to accommodate any needs you may have.
