If you would like to request space for a meeting or activity during the annual meeting in Vienna, Austria, please complete this form. Please fill out a separate form for each individual meeting. Space is limited and assigned on a first-come, first-serve, basis. You will be contacted at a later date with your assigned date, time and room number. If you have any questions, please contact europe-meeting@setac.org.

The deadline to request a meeting room is:

15 January for activities or meetings happening on Sunday 11 May.
1 April for activities or meetings happening on the other days.
