Peerless Lake First Nation Youth Program Survey

Chief and Council at Peerless Trout First Nation (PTFN) have committed to developing an in-community youth program for our youth ages 7-18. The purpose of the program is to have planned activities for the youth in both Peerless Lake and Trout Lake communities.

Please take a moment to provide feedback on this survey whether you are a parent or a youth member so that planning can commence. There will be a random draw of $100.00 for those who complete the survey.
