CALLING ALL YOUTH

Champions of Youth has a few spots open for youth in our Core Program! If you are interested in your child having a mentor or finding out more about our program. Please fill out the survey below and a staff member will contact you as soon as possible.

Champions of Youth offers youth a positive mentor outside of the family that they can confide in and learn from. Children in our programs receive special surprises such as swim passes, YMCA passes, and college scholarships. We have amazing mentors and we can't wait to help your child be all they can be!
