Graphics: Collaborate with a graphic design consultant to create branding for the show theme. Use provided templates to produce call for entries, judges’ packets, printed/digital graphics, digital program, marquees, slideshow, and social media assets.

Entry: Recruit professional entries, collect requirements, answer questions, and facilitate matchmaking between firms, and vendors. Day of coordination of all entries backstage.

Finance: Handle check requests, manage budget spreadsheet, and ensure the committee stays within budget.

Guest Experience: Manage ticketing, registration, DJ, photographers, and coordinate volunteers for registration and ticketing tables.

Awards/Judging: Coordinate judge selection, onboarding, and act as judge liaison. Confirm award categories, work with graphics on award design/fabrication, and organize award presenters. Deliver winner envelopes backstage.

Social Media: Manage the year-long social media calendar. Work with graphics to produce artwork. Share info on entries, judges, venue, ticket sales, etc. Coordinate with chapter’s communications team to schedule email blasts and @iidane Instagram posts.

Catering: Work with the caterer and venue team. Provide input on floor plans for seating and food service layouts. Handle all furniture rentals.

Venue: Liaise with venue management and staff. Work with Production Team on A/V vendor needs. Coordinate with Graphics for marquee displays, TV screens, and printouts. Provide floor plans for seating and food layouts.

Production: Coordinate with Venue, A/V Vendor, Graphics, and Entry to develop the Run of Show and manage lighting, runway, music, and slideshow logistics.

Students: Recruit school entries and work closely with Entry to collect requirements, answer questions, and facilitate matchmaking between schools, and vendors. Recruit student volunteers and assign tasks on show day and ensure volunteers understand waivers, rules, and the importance of following laws and regulations.

Sponsorship: Manage communication between sponsors and the committee. Ensure all sponsorship benefits and obligations are met by the event and subcommittees. Propose and manage opportunities for event specific sponsorship (i.e. signature cocktail, 360 photobooth).

Philanthropy: Coordinate communication between the committee and beneficiary. Oversee day-of-service, donation collection at the show, speaking engagement, signature cocktail, and other related activities.

* 11. To the best of my ability, I will commit myself to monthly meetings from February to September and more frequently from September through November. I understand that depending on my role, more of my time may be required, including off-hours or weekend time. Failure to attend meetings could result in a forfeiture of my position on the committee.
