Introduction to Survey

  • SSA local field offices just reopened for walk-in in person service on April 7th, 2022. A group of advocates is collecting information to share what is working and what is not working with SSA as it reopens its offices to the public. 
  • If you have personally visited an SSA field office since April 7th, please share your experience, so that we can best understand how SSA is serving the public with in-person service as it reopens.
  • If you have made multiple visits to an SSA office since April 7, please complete additional survey(s) for each of your individual visits.
*All responses will be recorded as anonymous and will have no impact on SSA recipients' benefits or active applications.
