· Consumer fireworks cannot be discharged within 150’ of any occupied structure.
· Consumer fireworks cannot be ignited or discharged on public or private property without the consent of the property owner.
· Consumer fireworks cannot be discharged from, within or toward a motor vehicle.
· Consumer fireworks cannot be discharged by a person under the influence of alcohol or any other controlled substance.
In your opinion, these regulations are (check one):
