Agent Education: Develop resources centered around diversity, equity and inclusion business practices for agencies to further grow their businesses.
Communications: Provide ongoing content educating agents on diversity, equity and inclusion while also highlighting key initiatives and resources available to underrepresented groups across the independent agency channel.
State Associations: Engage association leaders (state and national) in regular conversations and initiatives surrounding diversity with an emphasis on attracting and retaining underrepresented agencies and markets.
Talent Pipeline: Develop supportive initiatives for developing underrepresented independent agency owners along with current and future independent agency talent.
