The Zion Park District and Zion Township reserves the right to prohibit any concession or concession part thereof which in their opinion is not suitable or in keeping with the character of the event.

Each concessionaire is responsible for keeping the walkway near their booth free from congestion due to the demonstration or other promotions. Signs or portions of the exhibit or display may not protrude over or into the walkway.
Cada concesionario es responsable de mantener el camino cerca de su puesto libre de congestionamiento debido a sus demostraciones u otras promociones. Los letreros o porciones de su exhibición no deben de sobresalir al camino.
Interference with the light or space of other concessionaries is prohibited. Business or organizations not assigned concession space will not be permitted to solicit business within the exhibit area or otherwise on Zion Park District property.
Interferencia con la luz o el espacio de otros concesionarios es prohibida. Negocios u organizaciones que no tienen un espacio designado, no se les permitirá solicitar dentro del área de exhibición o en propiedad del Distrito de Parques de Zion.
Items to be sold will be limited only to what you have stated on this contract. Assembling and disassembling of the concession material is the responsibility of the concessionaire.
Los artículos a vender seran limitados únicamente a lo que usted haya dicho en este contrato. Armar y desarmar el material de la concesión es la responsabilidad del concesionario.
Use of loud speakers, wire recorder, TV sets, stereo systems, and radio or the operation of machinery which is of sufficient volume will not be permitted. The use of a public address system for explanation of a demonstration or for any other purpose is prohibited.
Liability / Responsabilidad
The Zion Park District, and Zion Township, its employees, agents or representatives, will not be responsible for any injury, loss or damage that may occur to the concessionaire or to the concessionaires’ employees or property from any cause whatsoever. The concessionaire, on signing this contract, expressly releases the aforementioned from any and all claim, such loss, damage or injury. Concessionaire must provide a Certificate of Insurance naming Zion Park District and Zion Township as additionally insured.
El Distrito de Parques de Zion, y Zion Township, sus empleados, agentes o sus representantes, no serán responsables por ninguna lesión, pérdida or daño que pueda ocurrirle al concesionario o a los empleados del concesionario o a su propiedad por cualquier causa. Al firmar este contrato, el concesionario expresamente libera a los antes mencionados de cualquier y todo reclamo, de pérdida, daño o lesión. Los concesionarios deben proporcionar un Certificado de Seguro nombrando al Distrito de Parques de Zion y Zion Township como asegurados adicionales.
Security / Seguridad
Concessionaire is solely responsible for his own material and should insure his goods and equipment against loss or damage. All property of a concessionaire is understood to remain in his care, custody, and control during transit to or from the food area.
